Main points (Pro-ISIS online chatter)

• Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, which the Taliban supports, is participating in the Pakistani election. ISIS has encouraged attacks on election facilities and has condemned democracy as blasphemy.
• ISIS took credit for killing a political candidate in Bajaur province, Rehan Zaib Khan.
• Pakistan continues to deport Afghan refugees.
• The Pakistani Taliban (TTP) spokesperson stated that the group would not attack the February 8 election or those running for office. It is unclear if all share this attitude in TTP leadership.
• Taliban members have committed sexual assault, rape, torture, and other crimes against Afghan women.
• The Taliban is given significant financial support from the international community. It is unlikely that the Taliban could remain in power without this aid.

• The U.S. has a contingency plan for re-establishing a diplomatic presence in Kabul.
• The Tajik imam of a mosque in Kunduz denounced the Taliban’s taxation system and brutal treatment of those who criticize them. The Taliban removed the imam after he made these statements.

• “A spy for the apostate Taliban militia was captured and slaughtered in Kunar.”

“This week, soldiers of the Caliphate in Khorasan Province captured and slaughtered a spy of the apostate Taliban militia. In detail, with the grace of God Almighty, on Friday (7 Rajab), the soldiers of the Caliphate captured a spy of the apostate Taliban militia in the Suki area in Kunar, and they interrogated him, and killed him by slaughter, praise be to God.”

“Last week, the soldiers of the Caliphate in Khorasan Province injured a member of the apostate Pakistani intelligence and destroyed his vehicle with an explosion in the Bajaur region on the border with Afghanistan.”

“By the grace of God Almighty, on Wednesday (19 Rajab), the soldiers of the Caliphate targeted one of the candidates for the communal elections, in the village of Siddiqabad in the Bajaur region, with pistol shots, which led to his death and the wounding of three of his guards, praise be to God.”

2. Pro-ISIS Online Chatter

• January 20: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that the international community sends $160 million to Afghanistan every month to prevent currency devaluation, to prevent hunger, for humanitarian medical aid, to assist educational programs, and to “avoid a possible economic collapse.” The post also noted that the West is “spending billions” to fight ISIS-K while also spending a large sum of money “to save the…Taliban.”

“#Followups. The infidel international community is pumping $160 million a month into the Afghan economy to avert the devaluation of the Afghan currency, prevent widespread hunger and lack of health care, address alarming levels of illiteracy, and avoid a possible economic collapse under the rule of the apostate #Taliban militia.

“The Crusader West is spending billions to fight the #Islamic_State. Billions are being spent to save the apostate #Taliban militia, which is its enemy, from collapse.

“Think like a mule, bent down, bereft of will and thought.”

• January 20: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that Hibatullah Akhundzada “ordered a monthly salary of 6,000 Afghanis [$81.67]” for unemployed Taliban soldiers and supporters “until they are integrated into job positions” and that this salary is also “given to members who are waiting for new missions.” The post noted that “retired commoners have not received their salaries” since the Taliban took over the country, even though the Taliban receives money from the U.S.

“#Khorasan. Sources from within the apostate Taliban militia confirmed that the hidden Akhundzada, the militia tyrant, ordered a monthly salary of 6,000 Afghanis to the unemployed militia members and supporters until they are integrated into job positions, and this salary is also given to members who are waiting for new missions.

“This salary is a privilege reserved for supporters and militia members without them.

“It is noteworthy that the retired commoners have not received their salaries since America handed over power to the apostate militia, even though the militia has received two billion dollars and an increase since it took power from the American Guardians of the Cross.”

• January 20: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that women and girls were arrested by the Taliban “on charges of not wearing the hijab” were “forced to strip completely naked” in front of Taliban soldiers, and that they were then photographed by the Taliban using private phones. The post noted that these photos have been shared. The post also stated that one of the girls who was detained was recently found murdered “with her hands tied, bearing signs of beating and torture.”

“#Khorasan. Pictures of girls who were arrested by the apostate Taliban militia on charges of not wearing the hijab have been floating around. Pictures show traces of beating and torture all over their bodies. They were forced to strip completely naked in front of a large gathering of members of the apostate militia, where they were photographed on the apostates’ private phones.

“It is noteworthy that a few days ago, one of the detainees was found murdered, with her hands tied, bearing signs of beating and torture.”

• January 20: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that Sunni women and girls are either kidnapped, raped, or forced to marry Taliban members and leaders. The post falsely claims that “Hazara women and…Sikh women” do not face these problems under Taliban rule and that “their religion [is] protected.”

“#contemplation. The fate of beautiful girls in Khorasan is either kidnapping and rape or being forcefully forced to marry leaders and members of the apostate Taliban militia.

“This fate is exclusively linked to common Muslim women, as Hazara women and infidel Sikh women have their honor preserved and their religion protected under the rule of the apostate militia.”

• January 20: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that a member of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam said “that participating in…democracy is ‘worship,’ and on election day, pray two rak’ahs in the mosque first, then go to the polling stations.” The post claims that the Taliban “reveres” Fazal-ur-Rehman “to the point of worship.”

“#Contemplation. The apostate Idris, a member of the Democratic Agents of Non-Islam party led by Mullah Diesel Abu Taliban, says that participating in polytheistic democracy is ‘worship,’ and on election day, pray two rak’ahs in the mosque first, then go to the polling stations.

“The apostate Taliban militia reveres the party’s tyrant, Mullah Diesel, to the point of worship. He was welcomed before the days of slaves receiving their master. It is mentioned that the apostate of Ibn Taymiyyah, the perished Rahimullah Haqqani, the mufti of the apostate militia, declared that everyone who believed in polytheistic democracy was an apostate.

“The mortal Rahimullah Haqqani was killed by the #Islamic_State.

“Such a pervert has an obscene tongue and deems the two Sheikhs Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn Abd al Wahhab, may God have mercy on them, and everyone who follows their approach, i.e. the approach of the righteous predecessors, disbelieved.”

• January 20: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that the Indian ambassador invited Badruddin Haqqani and his wife to attend Republic Day celebrations.

“#Contemplation. There is a significant improvement in relations between the apostate #Taliban militia and the tyrant government of Hindu minister Modi at all levels.

“This time, the Indian ambassador to the Masonic lodges invited the envoy of the apostate militia, Badruddin Haqqani, and his wife to attend the Republic Day celebrations a week later.

“This is a major transformation, as it brings the Hindus and the guardians of the captives closer than expected.”

• January 21: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram that appears to show a woman beating another woman.

“#Khorasan. Even the prostitutes of the apostate Taliban militia beat women.”

• January 22: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that a member of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam said that the election of Fazal-ur-Rehman “is a guarantee of entering Paradise.” The post stated that “this is polytheism and blasphemy.”

“#A witness. One of the members of the Pakistani Democratic Party, ‘The Scholars of Non-Islam,’ swears harshly that the election of Abu Taliban Mullah Diesel in the polytheistic elections is a guarantee of entering Paradise.

“This is polytheism and blasphemy. The apostate Taliban militia reveres and worships the tyrant of the party, while the [obscene] of the apostate Al-Qaeda revere and worship the apostate Taliban.”

• January 22: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that ISIS has warned people in Pakistan not to participate in the upcoming February 8 election. The post noted that the warning “includes texts from the Sharia law that invalidate the elections and shows the apostasy of both the voter and the elected.” The post noted that the Taliban support Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam.

“#Pakistan. Circulars from public places in various cities in Pakistan from the #Islamic_State advise and urge the public not to go to the upcoming polytheistic elections.

“The statement includes texts from the Sharia law that invalidate the elections and shows the apostasy of both the voter and the elected, and it also confirms the authorities’ attempt to present polytheistic democracy as part of Islamic Sharia law through various apostate parties such as the Society of Non-Islamic Scholars. This party and its tyrant are glorified by the tyrants of the apostate Taliban militia.”

• January 23: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that Pakistan continues to deport refugees and that on January 22, 765 Afghans were sent back, according to Pakistani media. The post noted that “to date, a total of 473,556 Afghan citizens have been returned to Afghanistan.”

“#Pakistan. Islamabad continues to expel refugees. 756 Afghan refugees were returned to Afghanistan on Monday, January 22, Pakistani media reported.

“To date, a total of 473,556 Afghan citizens have been returned to Afghanistan, according to these reports.”

• January 23: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that the Taliban’s Ministry of Mines and Petroleum announced that it sold $405,500 worth of Panjshir emeralds. The post noted that the Taliban had allegedly sold a total of $2,613,500 worth of emeralds from Panjshir and that ten percent of these sales “would be given to them as a tax,” with the rest going to “contracting companies.”

“#Khorasan. The Ministry of Mines and Petroleum of the apostate Taliban militia announced today (Tuesday) that it sold 3,520 carats of Panjshir emeralds worth $405,500.

“It is noteworthy that the Taliban movement has so far sold 34,200.8 carats of emeralds extracted from the mines of Panjshir Province, with a total value of $2,613,500.”

“On the other hand, the apostate militia said that ten percent of this money would be given to them as a tax, and the rest would return to the contracting companies.”

• January 23: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that the Taliban rescued a Russian crew member from a private plane crash in Badakhshan province on January 21. The post asked whether an ISIS member would similarly be rescued and cared for by the Taliban in a similar situation or would be immediately executed.

“#Khorasan. In a video, the apostate #Taliban militia showed a Russian crew member who was rescued from a private plane that crashed in Badakhshan two days ago. He expressed his gratitude to the domesticated militia for rescuing and caring for them.

“The plane, carrying a patient, a flight attendant, two health workers and two crew members, crashed in Badakhshan. Four out of six passengers survived the accident.

“The question here is: What if they were from the monotheists? Will they be treated and cared for like the Russian polytheists, or will they be killed on the spot and announced the shooting down of a terrorist plane that was on its way to harm the security of the neighbors, which they are ensuring to protect?”

• January 25: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that General Syed Asim Munir, the commander of the Pakistani army, stated that “the life of one Pakistani citizen is ‘more important’ to us than the whole of Afghanistan” regarding the security situation.

“#Pakistan. The commander of the apostate Pakistani army, in a meeting with students of public and private universities, warned the apostate Taliban militia, saying that the life of one Pakistani citizen is ‘more important’ to us than the whole of Afghanistan and that when it comes to the security of Pakistanis, no one will be respected.”

• January 25: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram of an interview with Mullah Dadullah, who commented “on the changing policies and doctrine of the…Taliban.” Dadullah proclaimed the Taliban’s “steadfast solidarity” with al-Qaeda and “any Muslim who is an enemy of the infidels, especially those who oppose America.” The post noted that “Dadullah was killed in May 2007 in Helmand.”

“#A witness. In this archival interview with the senior leader of the first Taliban, Mullah Dadullah, he candidly reflects on the changing policies and doctrine of the #ApostateTaliban militia. When asked about the possibility of severing ties with Al-Qaeda at the time after the withdrawal of American forces, Dadullah affirmed the Taliban’s steadfast solidarity with Muslim brothers and rejected any conditions from the infidels. Regarding hosting Sheikh Osama bin Laden if the Taliban returns to power, Dadullah stressed that they will welcome any Muslim who is an enemy of the infidels, especially those who oppose America, contrary to what the apostate militia says today. Speaking about the possibilities of revenge outside Afghanistan if America withdraws from Afghanistan, Dadullah stressed that America will face punishment for its actions and pledged to take revenge wherever possible, whether at home or abroad. Today’s apostate militia disbelieves in this and has declared the end of jihad and is ensuring the protection of America’s interests.

“Mullah Dadullah was killed in May 2007 in Helmand.”

• January 25: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that the Pakistani Taliban (TTP) spokesperson confirmed that they would not attack the February 8 elections or candidates standing for election. The post noted that the TTP “struggle is directed specifically against the security forces.”

“Pakistan. The spokesman for the apostate Pakistani Taliban militia, fool Mohammad Khurasani, confirmed that there is no threat or danger to the democratic elections on February 8 or its polytheist candidates on their part.

“The apostate fool Khorasani explained that its struggle is directed specifically against the security forces.”

• January 25: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that Abdul Hameed Mengal, a local Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam leader, was murdered in an attack in Balochistan.

“#Pakistan. The leader of the Pakistan Democratic Scholars of Islam Party, the apostate Abdul Hameed Mengal, was killed in an armed attack in the Sohrab region of Balochistan.”

• January 26: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that worshippers attacked an imam in Peshawar “after he asked them to vote” for Jamiat-e-Ulema Islam.

“#Pakistan. Worshipers beat the imam of a mosque in Peshawar after he asked them to vote in the elections for the party of Mullah Diesel, the leader of the Taliban.”

• January 28: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that a Supreme Court official, Jalaluddin Haqqani, was killed in a traffic accident. Haqqani was the head of the chamber of public security.

“#Khorasan. The death of the apostate Jalaluddin Haqqani, the tyrant of the Public Security Court, was a result of a traffic accident.

“The perished took over the position since the apostate militia took power and remained blind, ruling without God’s law until he perished as a result.”

• January 29: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that there was an explosion in Kabul.

“#Khorasan. Hearing an explosion in the city of Kabul.”

• January 29: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that a senior TTP leader, Asad Mansoor, referred to the Pakistani government “as a secular, infidel government,” which “contradicts the recent statement of the…Pakistani Taliban militia, which pledged not to target places and institutions” affiliated with the February 8 election. The post noted that Mansoor concluded by affirming that the TTP was “continuing our jihad against those who support the republic and democracy to achieve the goals of jihad in Pakistan.”

“In a statement issued by the Ghazi Media Network, apostate Asad Mansoor, a senior leader in the Jamaat-ul-Ahrar faction of the apostate Pakistani Taliban (TTP) militia, referred to the republic’s government as a secular, infidel government. This is a point of view that contradicts the recent statement of the apostate Pakistani Taliban militia, which pledged not to target places and institutions associated with the polytheistic elections and said that their only enemy is the army and the police. The apostate Mansour cited the opinions of a number of prominent religious scholars in the history of Islam, in addition to the founder of the apostate Brotherhood, the fatwas of Imam Ibn Taymiyyah, and former leaders of the Pakistani Taliban militia, all of whom condemned the government of the republic.

“He concluded by saying: ‘We are continuing our jihad against those who support the republic and democracy, to achieve the goals of jihad in Pakistan, and to ensure that the sacrifices of our fallen leaders and comrades do not falter. Democracy is blasphemy, and it is not permissible to approve it and try to implement it.’

“#Commentary A clear contradiction with the approach of the Pakistani militia and the apostate #Taliban, which supports the tyrant of the non-Islamic Scholars Party and considers it a scholar, theoretician, and their spiritual father.”

• January 29: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that a “regional cooperation summit” began in Kabul “attended by representatives of China, Russia, Pakistan, Iran, India,” and other regional states, to discuss “the issue of maintaining stability and security in Afghanistan” and additional subjects “related to the country’s economic and political existence.” The post noted that none of the countries who sent emissaries recognize the Taliban “as an official government unless it fulfills all the conditions presented to it.” The post noted that regional governments, especially China and Iran, are interested in Afghanistan’s natural resources. 

“#Khorasan. A regional cooperation summit was launched today in Kabul, attended by representatives of China, Russia, Pakistan, Iran, India, other neighboring countries and others. The main topic was the issue of maintaining stability and security in Afghanistan, which is necessary for the countries of the region, and other topics related to the country’s economic and political existence were also discussed.

“None of the present countries recognize the apostate Taliban militia as an official government unless it fulfills all the conditions presented to it. At the same time, Afghanistan's location, as well as the wealth of natural resources, does not only arouse the interest of all those present. Indeed, the main role in dividing this pie is usually played by China and Iran, which were also active in this meeting.”

• January 30: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that the Taliban defense minister “informed Iranian, Pakistani, and Chinese diplomats on the sidelines of the ‘Afghanistan Regional Initiative’ meeting that” the Taliban can “ensure security” within the country to allow for development projects.

“#Khorasan. The defense tyrant of the #Taliban_renegade militia informed Iranian, Pakistani, and Chinese diplomats on the sidelines of the ‘Afghanistan Regional Initiative’ meeting that the apostate militia is ready to ensure security and defend them to implement development projects at a cheap price in Afghanistan.”

• January 30: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that a Taliban judge in Takhar “sexually assaulted a 60-year-old female employee.” The post claimed that the Taliban judge raped an employee in his office. The post noted that the Taliban judge is Pashtun and the victim is of Uzbek origin. The post also said that the Taliban has “repeatedly violated people’s privacy and sexually assaulted males and females alike,” noting that acts of sexual violence have been committed against girls and women of all ages.

“#Khorasan. The judge of the apostate Taliban militia in Takhar sexually assaulted a 60-year-old female employee.

“Local sources in Takhar say that the apostate Mawlawi Ehsan, the tyrant of the apostate militia court in the Chah Ab district of Takhar, raped an employee in this administration ‘by force.’

“Sources confirmed that this apostate Taliban militia official sexually assaulted a 60-year-old employee in this administration about nine days ago inside his office.

“However, the sources did not reveal the identity of the person who was sexually assaulted. But they say that this person was appointed as a ‘permanent’ employee in the position of editor by the tyrant of the militia appeals court in the court in the Chah Ab area.

“The apostate Mawlawi Ehsan, the tyrant of the #Taliban_apostate_court in Chah Ab, is 45 years old and is of Pashtun origin and now lives in the Nahrakhman area of the city of Taloqan, the capital of Takhar Province. The victim is of Uzbek origin, and the officials of the prostitute militia have not mentioned anything about this case yet. It should be said that the prostitute militia, since assuming power, has repeatedly violated people’s privacy and sexually assaulted males and females alike, and no girl child, virgin, or even married women were safe from them.”

• January 30: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that an election rally in Sibi in Baluchistan province was attacked with explosives, killing two and injuring six others. (ISIS took credit for this attack in an Amaq statement on the same day).

“#Pakistan. An explosive device exploded at a pagan election rally in the Sibi area of the Pakistani province of Balochistan, killing two participants and wounding six others.”

• January 30: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram providing videos and additional information regarding the attack on an election rally in Sibi, Balochistan.

“#Pakistan. #Followups”

• January 30: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram accusing a man “currently affiliated with the Ministry of Transport” of taking money as bribes from drivers.

“#Khorasan. Protector and thief.

“This person is called Tala Muhammad, who has been arrested several times on charges of taking money from drivers as bribes and is currently affiliated with the Ministry of Transport of the apostate militia.”

• January 31: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that the Ministry of Defense has offered “grants and aid” for colonels and generals to obtain housing. The post noted that on social media, some Taliban members “criticized the marked discrimination in benefits between” different low-ranking and high-ranking officers.

“#Khorasan. The apostate Taliban militia cadres circulated the Ministry of Defense’s letter giving privileges to high-ranking officers from colonel to general in grants and aid for renting homes. Some members of the apostate militia criticized the marked discrimination in benefits between low-ranking and higher-ranking members on social media.”

• January 31: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that a political candidate in Bajaur province, Rehan Zaib Khan, was killed, and four of his aides were wounded in an attack. ISIS took credit for the attack in an Amaq statement the same day.

“#Pakistan. Rehan Zaib Khan, a candidate for the parliamentary elections in Bajaur province, was killed by bullets, and four of his aides were injured.”

• January 31: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram with additional photos and video regarding the killing of Rehan Zaib Khan.

“#Khorasan. #Follow up.”

• February 1: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that there was an explosion in Quetta, Pakistan.

“#Pakistan. Explosion in Quetta, Balochistan.”

• February 1: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that since the Taliban took power, the U.S. has “provided [them with] two and a half billion dollars.”

“#Khorasan. The US Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) says that after handing over power to the apostate Taliban militia, America provided humanitarian aid worth two and a half billion dollars in stolen funds to the militia, which was sent through atheist nations.

“The report says that 2.6 billion of this money [the numbers do not add up] was paid by America alone, which it collected from stealing from Muslim countries, selling alcohol and gambling revenues in Las Vegas, and selling weapons to Muslim killers, and the rest was given to the apostate militia by the Cross Pact, which was sent to them in packages of forty million dollars.”

• February 1: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram criticizing a member of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam for allegedly claiming that “it is permissible to take the money of opponents who bribe you” if you do not vote for them.

“#Pakistan. A new Deobandi fatwa from the apostate Rashid Mahmood Soomro, a member of the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam party: Swear on the Qur’an, and it is permissible to take the money of opponents who bribe you and do not vote for them. Deobandi is the official religion of the apostate Taliban militia.”

• February 1: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram stating that the Taliban flogged two people accused of adultery, sentencing them to 35 lashes and six months in prison. The post jokes that the Taliban will implement religious “law in the year 2197.”

“#Khorasan. The Supreme Court of the apostate Taliban militia announced that it had flogged two people on charges of adultery, or as it likes to call it, defrauding its [obscene], ‘establishing illegal relations,’ with 35 lashes and sentenced them to six months in prison.

The apostate militia promises its [obscene] to implement God’s law in the year 2197.”

• February 1: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that former Taliban official General Mubeen is advising Imran Khan “because he promised to build a cancer hospital in Kabul.” The post notes that the Taliban and Deobandis are “promoting polytheistic elections in Pakistan.”

“#Khorasan. The mule of the apostate Taliban militia, General Mubeen, advises the election of the former tyrant Imran Khan because he is the best of them and also because he promised to build a cancer hospital in Kabul.

“Both the Deobandi school, the parties that claim Islam, and even the apostate Taliban militia tyrants are promoting polytheistic elections in Pakistan.”

• February 2: Pro-ISIS post on Telegram claiming that the U.S. is implementing a contingency plan for re-establishing a diplomatic presence in Kabul.

“#Khorasan. America does not rule out that it will restore its presence in Kabul.

“The fact that such an option is still being considered in Washington stems from the Integrated Strategy for Afghanistan published by the U.S. State Department:

“▪️ One of the primary objectives is explicitly titled ‘Planning the Return to Kabul’ and includes overseeing US government assets in the Afghan capital (i.e., the embassy and consulate general).

“▪️ Material provision of consular services on Afghan territory.

The post noted that the imam claimed that the Pashtuns were “brought to power by the English colonialists because of their brutality” and that he was removed by the Taliban afterward.

“In a video clip circulating on social media, the imam of one of the mosques in Kunduz, a Tajik named Mawlawi Abdul Shakur, criticized the #apostate_Taliban militia in a Friday sermon a few weeks ago. In addition to opposing the tax system under the rule of the apostate militia, he stressed that individuals who criticize the militia are immediately classified as members of the #Islamic_State or members of the apostate resistance militia.

3. ISIS Amaq Statements

• January 31: ISIS claims to have killed an individual running for office in the Pakistani parliamentary election in the village of Siddiqabad in Bajaur district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The post noted that the candidate was killed, and three of his guards were wounded.

4. Pro-ISIS Al-Azaim Web Magazine “Voice of Khorasan” Issue 32, Released on January 29, 2024

Summary

The first article condemned the government of the Maldives, condemned Maldivian-Chinese relations due to the latter’s persecution of the Uyghurs, and encouraged joining ISIS. Voice of Hind, an English language web magazine similar to Voice of Khorasan, previously contained articles allegedly from ISIS supporters in the Maldives celebrating an arson attack in the country. Another article condemned the upcoming February 8 Parliamentary election in Pakistan, stating that democracy is blasphemous and that those who participate in the democratic process are apostates. The article urged Pakistanis not to vote and said that ISIS would target the election with violence. On January 31, ISIS claimed responsibility for killing a political candidate in the Siddiqabad area of Bajaur District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Other articles included an English language translation of ISIS spokesperson Abu Hudhayfah al-Ansari’s January 4 speech “And Kill Them Wherever You Find Them,” promoted sacrificing one's life, and condemned Hamas for serving the interests of Iran and not the people of Gaza. As with prior issues, the web magazine also provided a wallet address for donating the privacy cryptocurrency Monero.

Summary:

• The president of China has accepted the credentials of the Taliban-appointed ambassador to Beijing.
