Recorded statement on YouTube following the August 12 stabbing of author Salman Rushdie in New York:

"Now, insulting the Prophet is never something that the Muslim will ever tolerate, it is non-negotiable. So, this is something that Muslims around the world will always defend, the honor of the Prophet, his family, and his companions.

“With many other people who are fair-minded around the world, they see the aggressive nature of the West in trying to force its values and its opinions on the rest of the world. They force their values on the rest of the world, so they adopt the free market without question, and free sex without question.

“No teacher is allowed to even say that homosexuality is a sin in class, there is no debate or discussion here – zero freedom in Britain for teachers to do this. Public condemnation of the brutal and merciless killing of men, women, and children by the Zionist occupiers of Palestine is not tolerated.

“In France, it’s illegal to doubt the Holocaust – zero freedom to say this.

"Muslims are criminalized for their opinions – no freedom of expression for them. Muslims are banned and deplatformed from speaking at universities and other public venues that challenge the Western narrative of various issues – no freedom of expression for them. Muslims are denied venues for holding public talks to debate and discuss public issues – no freedom of expression for them.

“So, this is not about freedom of speech, rather it is about demonizing Islam. The bombing of freedom into Muslims has failed, the propaganda to deform Islam, too, has failed.”“Hizbu Ut-Tahrir Britain Official Mazhar Khan Responds To Stabbing Of Salman Rushdie: Muslims Will Always Defend The Honor Of The Prophet; In The West It Is Forbidden To Call Homosexuality A Sin, Doubt The Holocaust,” MEMRI, August 13, 2022, https://www.memri.org/tv/hizbu-ut-tahrir-britain-official-mazhar-khan-response-stabbing-salman-rushide-islam-west-homosexuality-holocaust.

Fact:

On October 7, 2023, Hamas invaded southern Israel where, in the space of eight hours, hundreds of armed terrorists perpetrated mass crimes of brutality, rape, and torture against men, women and children. In the biggest attack on Jewish life in a single day since the Holocaust, 1,200 were killed, and 251 were taken hostage into Gaza—where 101 remain. One year on, antisemitic incidents have increased by record numbers.
