Haytham Ahmad Shukri Ahmad Al-Maghrabi is a U.S.-designated Egyptian member of al-Qaeda in Brazil. According to the Treasury Department, Al-Maghrabi was involved with the financial aspects of al-Qaeda’s affiliate in Brazil.
