Lucas Gage

Angelo John Gage is an American neo-Nazi who served as the former chairman of the National Youth Front, a white nationalist hate group. Following the 9/11 attacks, Gage, then 17, enlisted in the U.S. Marines where he served two tours in Iraq. Gage later enrolled in the Center for Positive Change and Hypnosis in New York, where he became licensed in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). It is unclear when Gage joined the National Youth Front (NYF), the youth wing of the white nationalist American Freedom Party (AFP). That night, Gage posted a video to his Rumble account announcing his suspension for three months. After Gage was initially locked out of his X account on December 18, a hashtag to “#FreeLucasGage” emerged on X. Following his December 20 suspension, multiple antisemitic posts emerged with the hashtag, including praise of Adolf Hitler and accusations of Jewish control of media. The book was originally written by Major Osman Bey, a pseudonym of Frederick Millingen, the son of a British surgeon attached to the Greek army. Millingen was born in Istanbul in 1830 and briefly served in the Ottoman army before moving to New York to volunteer with the Union army during the U.S. Civil War. In addition to his book sales, Gage has sought to support himself through crowdfunding. Gage’s wife, Caitlin, also created a crowdfunding campaign on GiveSendGo to support their family. The page acknowledges that Gage has been banned from multiple fundraising platforms and specifies that funds are collected by Caitlin Gage. Gage returned to X on March 20, 2024. In his first post back on the platform, he posted a video set to the “Schindler’s List” music with subtitles claiming he wanted to issue a heartfelt apology. X suspended Gage again on July 7, 2024, three days after he posted a video on July 4 of himself cutting through an Israeli flag with a sword. The flag was suspended from a child’s swing set. After he cut through the flag, Gage pointed the sword toward the camera and called for “death to Jewish supremacy. Free Palestine.
