CEP Condemns Three Separate Acts of Terror Committed in the United States This Weekend

(New York, NY) -- The Counter Extremism Project issued the following statement today in response to three acts of terrorism carried out this weekend in the United States:

"The Counter Extremism Project (CEP) strongly condemns the acts of terror carried out in St. Cloud, Minnesota; New York City; and Seaside Park, New Jersey, this weekend, mere days after the 15th Anniversary of the September 11 attacks. Whether acts of terrorism take place in the U.S. -- as these did -- or around the world, they must be condemned in the strongest terms, confronted and stopped. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families.”

Fact:

On October 7, 2023, Hamas invaded southern Israel where, in the space of eight hours, hundreds of armed terrorists perpetrated mass crimes of brutality, rape, and torture against men, women and children. In the biggest attack on Jewish life in a single day since the Holocaust, 1,200 were killed, and 251 were taken hostage into Gaza—where 101 remain. One year on, antisemitic incidents have increased by record numbers.
