CEP Adviser Liam Duffy spoke with Ian Collins of talkRADIO about the case of Shamima Begum, who left her home in 2015 to join ISIS in Syria, and her potential return to the UK. 

"...the case is 'probably the most emotive' out of all surviving foreign fighters. But he added that she should expect to be charged with being a member of a terrorist group."
