We have signed the Doha agreement with the United States, and now it is up to Washington and the rest of the world to provide a single piece of evidence that they were harmed by an attack launched from Afghan soil. On January 20, 2018, gunmen attacked the Inter-Continental Hotel in Kabul, opening fire and taking hostages, reportedly targeting foreigners. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack, which left 40 people dead and 22 injured.

On January 15, 2019, al-Shabaab gunmen stormed an upscale hotel and office complex in the Kenyan capital of Nairobi. The attack lasted over 12 hours, killing 22 people and wounding 27 others.
Fact:
On January 15, 2018, two suicide bombers detonated in Baghdad’s Tayran Square commercial area, killing 26 people and injuring more than 100 others. ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack, saying it targeted a gathering of Shiites.
If U.S. forces do not withdraw at the end of the year, it can be defined only as an occupation. Targeting the U.S. occupation in Iraq is a great honor, and we support the factions that target it.

On January 11, 2020, a vehicle carrying U.S. troops hit a roadside bomb in southern Kandahar, killing two American service members and injuring two others. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack.
